Orders are shipped through registered courier companies only. We roast twice a week, typically on Mondays and Thursdays, and ship the coffee within 24 hours of roasting.
First Crack Speciality Roasters is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company and postal authorities. Delivery of all orders will be to the address specified at the time of order. If a package arrives in damaged condition, the customer should refuse the shipment from the carrier and inform us immediately.
Our prices are inclusive of GST only and the buyer is responsible for any extra taxes and duties levied by the local authorities (for example, Octroi in MH).
All major credit cards and Net Banking portals are accepted.
