First Crack Speciality Roasters will accept the return of the Products that are damaged during transit, defective, wrongly delivered, wrong product, incomplete package, unsealed condition etc. subject to the condition that we are informed about such discrepancies within 24 hours from the date of receipt of the Product and provided that the Products are returned in their original condition. First Crack Speciality Roasters shall not accept the returns for reasons pertaining to the quality of the coffee.

All correctly returned Products will be refunded to the original purchaser to the relevant credit/debit card or bank account used for the transaction after deducting the applicable bank charges (if any).
First Crack Speciality Roasters shall not be liable for any delays in refund by card companies.
